  • On-site technical assistance is available in a multitude of topics, including historic real estate redevelopment, affordable housing creation, organizational capacity building and Main Street commercial district revitalization.
  • Financial assistance, including grants, loans and equity investments are available to nonprofit organizations, governmental entities and for-profit entities engaged in historic preservation and rehabilitation projects.
  • Preservation Books offers hundreds of titles on dealing with threats and trends, preservation basics, organizational development, and the economics of preservation.
  • National Trust Forum and the National Main Street Network, membership programs designed for preservation and commercial revitalization leaders, professionals and organizations, offer timely information—both in print and online, as well as discounts on many National Trust programs and products.
  • Training and workshops offered through Preservation Leadership Training, the National Preservation Conference, and the National Trust Main Street Center will give your organization access to specialized education at the most advanced level. 
  • The Statewide and Local Partners program works to increase the capacity of nonprofit preservation organizations through financial and technical assistance.
